Mission Statement
The Utah Leadership Academy is committed to improving services and outcomes for students with disabilities in Utah by developing and empowering a new generation of special education leaders

Content
Topics of study are based on the results of individual 360 Degree Feedback Assesments. Examples of topics may include: Character, Personal Capability, Focus on Results, Interpersonal Skills, and Leading Change.

Process
We rely on the expertise of current outstanding educational leaders in Utah to ensure that we are effective in building the future special education leadership base in our state. Delivery of content occurs via interactive presentations, readings, and electronic communication. Expectations for participants include action plans, portfolios, and monthly return and report sessions with their district/agency.
