Utah's Behavioral Initiative (UBI) is a set of personnel development activities sponsored by the Utah State Office of Education, the Utah Personnel Development Center and the Utah State Personnel Development Improvement Grant. UBI is committed to the implementation of effective behavioral support systems in Utah schools. Adhering to behavioral research, UBI follows a school-wide model of prevention of problem behaviors and support of positive behaviors.
