Personal Manifesto or Philosophy:
If we want to make a difference with children and their families, we need to make a difference with teachers and administrators. They deserve dynamic, kick-start training that is thought provoking and creates some excitement in their lives. They also need to be treated with the same respect given to all professionals in all fields. The excitement and respect we give to teachers and administrators will be conveyed to the lives of children.
