When teachers assess Students' academic performance on a regular basis to determine if they are making academic gains and for teachers to make instructional changes when needed. (Fuchs & Fuchs)

Curriculum Based Measurement for Math:

Computation (grade 1-6) Concepts/Application

Utah Math Initiative:

The Early Numeracy project is in grades 1-3 for the purpose of identifying and remediating struggling students.

Tier 1 - All students in grade 1 and 2 benchmarked.

Tier 2 - Students below benchmark receive additional tutoring
