Purpose: to bring special education stakeholders together to develop specific strategies and actions to ensure that every student with a disability has a knowledgeable teacher, who is able to practice under optimal professional conditions and in suitable settings.
Outcomes: Participants will leave with specific recommendations in the areas of recruiting, preparing, retaining, and supporting special education teachers to be more effective in Utah.
